45" Gold Medieval Longsword Espada Excalibur Sword of King Arthur
Perhaps one of the most famous swords of all time is Excalibur, the sword of the sovereign king of Britain and mystical blade once wielded by King Arthur when he presided over Camelot and his Knights of the Round Table. A powerful blade in its own right, Excaliburs true strength was arguably not in battle or in magic, but in its power as a symbol that could unite warring knights under a single banner. It was the sword that forged peace in Camelot. This beautiful sword has a black leather wrapped handle, with dragons on both the pommel and the guard, the powerful symbol of Arthur Pendragon. Encircling the pommel are the words Excalibur and King Arthur, a constant reminder of the blades name and wielder. The blade and included sheath are no less ornate. The blade has etchings down a third of the blade in a stylistic medieval form, and the sheath repeats the motif of dragons, alongside the swords name and wielder at its cap. This is the majesty that is Excalibur, the sword given by the Lady of the Lake, which helped a man forge the dream that is Camelot. This variant of Excalibur has a brass guard and pommel, offering an interesting change of tones that makes the sword appear more rugged and warrior-like, rather than noble and grand.
